Terms of Service
1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Founderpack ("we", "us", "our") and the digital products we sell, including the Founderpack Notion pack and any associated templates, databases, and resources (collectively, the "Product"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.
2. License
When you purchase the Product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the templates and resources included in the Product for your own personal or business projects, including projects you build for paying clients.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product or any substantial portion of it.
- Share your access link, files, or downloads with anyone outside your purchase.
- Repackage the Product as part of a competing template pack or course.
3. Payment & Refunds
The Product is sold as a one-time digital purchase. Because the Product is delivered instantly and non-returnable in its nature, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law. If something is genuinely broken or missing, email us and we'll make it right.
4. Updates
"Lifetime updates" means you'll receive future revisions of the Product at no additional cost for as long as we continue to maintain it. We do not guarantee any specific update cadence or feature additions.
5. Intellectual Property
All copy, design, structure, and original content in the Product remain the intellectual property of Founderpack. Your license to use the Product does not transfer ownership.
6. No Warranty
The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, growth, revenue, or any commercial outcome from using the templates. You are responsible for adapting the materials to your business and audience.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Founderpack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
